Created physical concept boards and digital design presentations. Drafted space plans and pricing plans that conformed to code and met client requirements.

Created design concepts for both high-end residential and commercial projects, including space planning, tile layouts, and FF&E. Worked with vendors and showrooms selecting materials from flooring and plumbing fixtures to fabrics and furniture. Met with contractors and subs on-site. Assisted in the day-to-day activities of running a small design firm, met with clients, and performed site visits.

Assisted in all phases of projects including preparing presentation boards, acquiring product quotes, obtaining samples, sourcing fabrics, working directly with vendors, maintaining client relationships, and performing project installations.
